Returns are accepted on tagged, unworn, full price merchandise within 10 days of your receipt. Your package back to us must include the packing list form found in your shipment and be postmarked no later than 10 days after you received your order. Please include a brief note with the reason for your return. Refunds do not include the original shipping and handling charges if there were any.
Once we receive your return, we will email you that your return is in progress, and again to confirm that the transaction has been executed. Please allow 5 business days from our receipt of your return for processing to be complete, and another 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card account.
Discounted Merchandise
All clearance merchandise is final sale. Please be sure of your purchase if it is a clearance item! Just as in our store, it is a final sale. We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you mail a clearance item back to us, we will email you for form of payment for re-shipment back to you. If we do not receive a reply within 30 days we reserve the right to donate the merchandise to charity.
Full price merchandise which was discounted through the use of a promo or coupon code is eligible for exchange or store/online credit.
Price Adjustments
If an item you have purchased at full price goes on sale within 10 days of purchase, we will credit you the difference in price in the form of in-store or online merchandise credit. We do not offer adjustments on sale price-to-sale price reductions.
Returning Online Purchases at our Boutique in Boulder, Colorado
If you live in the area or plan on visiting us in person, we welcome the return of your unworn, tagged, full price online purchase at our store where you will be eligible for an exchange or credit, to be used in the store or online. We do not offer any refunds at our boutique, only in-store credit.

Free Ground Shipping on orders of $150 or more!
Please enjoy FREE domestic shipping in the lower 48 states on your Ground order over $150! This will automatically be calculated when you check out if your order is $150 or more, and you select Ground shipping.
Expedited Shipping
Additional fees will apply when choosing expedited shipping at checkout. Please select the necessary shipping method for your needs (pricing methods will be shown at check out)
Additional Information
Please allow 1-2 business days from the date of your order for processing and shipping.
If you have selected an expedited shipping method, we will make every effort to pack and ship your order the day we receive it, as long as it is before 3pm Mountain time, and the item(s) are in stock and available to ship. Please note we ship Monday through Friday only and orders placed over the weekend (after 3pm Mountain time on Fridays) will ship on the following Monday.
An adult signature is required on any order over $800.
International Customers (Outside Of U.S.)
For our customers living outside the continental U.S. Chelsea now offers international payment and shipping options! We ask that you select the button when completing your purchase.
If you would like to purchase your product using a PayPal account you must meet the following criteria:
- The country that your credit card is registered to, must exactly match the country that you are shipping to. You will be declined if they do not match.
International Shipping
Chelsea offers international shipping from the United States Postal Service as well as UPS. When using UPS shipping it may be possible that only worldwide expedited shipping is available in your area. We have found that USPS is the cheapest, most economical way to ship internationally so our rates our low for our customers!
If shipping via the United States Postal Service we may be unable to provide tracking information on your package.

We apologize, but we cannot offer free shipping for orders over $150 to our International customers at this time.
